We are targeting Albuquerque as the first step in our New Mexico restaurant expansion, with plans to establish a presence in one of the Southwest’s fastest-growing markets. Our long-term vision calls for 15 to 20 locations across the state, bringing Hawaiian plate lunches and island-inspired dining to new communities. As we evaluate opportunities in the region, we are focused on finding the right local partners to help introduce Hawaiian Bros to New Mexico guests.
